Makes sense to introduce myself! A bit, at least. My name is Miran Pavic. I’m a newspaperman. Or something like it. Basically means I like newspapers.
Graduated from Harvard in 2009, barely. Currently enrolled in Stanford’s M.A. Journalism program, and doing an internship at Wired. It’s nice out here in California. Started a weekly newspaper in college called The Harvard Voice, together with Steven Duque (he just finished touring the country with his band, Big Time).
Along the way, wrote a solid number of articles for newspapers and magazines back home in Croatia. Was in charge of the Jutarnji.hr news website this summer, an incredibly rewarding gig. Rewarding and painful.
I’m not gonna tell you how I came up with the name for this blog. Get in touch, though.
